    Too narrow.

Pros: 1) As a "short" woman (5'4"), these have a great shaft height of 14" (although seemed shorter). I dislike most tall boots that come right up to the knee, esp. if they have a wide circumference. Not flattering. But the height on these were perfect. 2) The material was a faux suede. Soft (the shaft at least) 3) I bought the grey color and it was pretty. Cons: 1) Too narrow. I really don't consider myself to have that wide a foot, however, it seems most all shoes made nowadays are made for narrow feet. My foot fit in it ok, but my toes pinched a little, and they hurt when I walked just a few steps. 2) no support at all. That's fine -- a lot of shoes are like that, and one could always add their own arch support, but it's just another negative. Very hard sole. 3) Circumference too wide. Again, seems a lot of tall boots are made for women who have thicker calves, so for the rest of us, we have to use the boot cuffs. Personally, I just don't care for the gap at the top of a boot. I like it more fitted around my leg. Too bad these didn't fit me, esp. since the shaft is perfect. They're made for women with narrow feet and thicker calves.
