ZAR NuDeck Tint Base provides excellent ultraviolet resistance, breathability and superior adhesion to old wood and concrete surfaces. Water-based paintable solution for damaged and aged wood and concrete surfaces. Formulated with an elastomeric resin for superior expansion and contraction. Mildew and UV resistant. Excellent abrasion resistance. Fills up to 1/4 In. cracks in concrete, and fill nail holes and lock down splinters on old weathered wood. Slip resistant surface. 2 hour dry time, 3 to 6 hours before recoating. Coverage: 100 Sq. Ft. per gallon. Tintable to 30 solid colors, plus custom coloring. Soap and water cleanup. Huge disappointment
Hired a professional. Followed directions (prep & application). 3 coats on wood deck over 4 days. Had 7 complete days in ideal temperature to dry. Within 2 weeks the product failed. It began to crack & peel. Appears to be over priced paint with a little grit. Invest in composite, which is what I will now have to do.
