Barclay 4100-60-CP Straight Shower Rod, 60-Inch

This is the second of these rods we have purchased, so yes we would buy this product again. The first rod has been in use in a guest bathroom for about a year and still looks like new. The newest rod is being used in another guest bath. Both rods are polished chrome which have a very nice appearance and give the bath a very high-end look at a reasonable price. The Walmart description for this product is a little misleading as it implies the rod is 36". However, the rod we ordered was 60" in length. A hacksaw was used to shorten the rod slightly to fit our opening. The rods mounted easily onto drywall with the included wall flanges and screws (no drywall anchors are included). Once installed the rod feels very sturdy. The gauge and weight of the solid brass rod should be sufficient for most shower curtains. The rod is one piece with no seams, so the shower rod hooks don't get caught or hung up when opening or closing the shower curtain.
