Great snap ring pliers except

I needed a pair of heavier than average snap ring pliers. These were great for the job up until I broke what is supposed to be a replaceable tip. There is a part number shown for the tip but it leads nowhere on the website. The number one positive is the very helpful lady I spoke with in the warranty department. I had to call her because I could not enter the item number in the online warranty form. She was great. And spoke a version of English I could understand. In other words, USA based. I would buy their tools again.
