Nice looking, seems durable, until something broke

Likes: Bag looks nice with soft leather. Love that it stands up on its own and that the compartments inside stay open themselves. Dislike: a rivet on one of front buckles broke less than one month after receiving it with minimal use and now you can't use the top handle unless you want to risk breaking the second buckle and spilling all the contents or breaking a tablet. Messaged company twice and NO RESPONSE or help in resolving the matter. Questioning the integrity of the item and poor customer service.
