they are not a 20/pack as described.

The description clearly says 20/pack, it also says 2/set. I called and lady on the phone said yes it is 20 per pack, Wow was she wrong ! I ordered 5 expecting 5 20-packs = 100, and wound up with a total of 10 individual sheet lifters (not even in sets) throw into an envelope. On top of that they charge additional shipping making these really really expensive. I found the multi packs elsewhere for a lot less money. I would not order from this vendor place again.
