I use this once a week to maintain my blonde highlights. It's worth the money. Not overly drying, not too strong of a pigment, and the fragrance is really pleasant. Be sure to pair this with the matching conditioner (that's what you leave on for 5 minutes). Lasts for a long time!

Removes brassiness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well to remove brassiness. I'm a brunette with balayage highlights, and I use it to keep the highlights from looking too caramel-y. The first time I used it, I let it sit on my hair for about 3-4 minutes, and I felt like it made my highlights too light for my liking. But if I don't let it sit it removes the brassiness and doesn't get too light. I also prefer to wash my hair with regular shampoo first, then the purple shampoo so I don't have to use as much. Works great. It also doesn't stain my skin blue/purple.
