I have Lymphedema in my left leg and must keep it elevated at night. I've been using multiple pillows which becomes clumsy and a nuisance. This wedge seemed like just the thing to replace the pillows . . . but it is VERY, VERY firm and not comfortable for the leg. The "bend" for the knee irritates the back of the knee and the cushion is just a bit too short. I'm an average size guy, but my foot hangs off which adds to the discomfort.
