Works for my needs - but...
I ordered 2 sets (four chairs total) at the same time. I got the first box - but it only had one chair in it. I thought it was odd that the description said Set of 2 but only 1 was in the box. I decided to wait until the rest of the order came - in case it was a matter of shipping what was in inventory at the time and then ship the rest when more inventory was available. Four days later the rest of the delivery arrived - a box of 2 chairs --- so I paid for 4 but only got 3. I contacted the customer service dept and they were able to refund the amount of the missing chair ---which was appreciated but now I have to decide - do I buy 2 more chairs so I have at least 4 (and an extra) or just use the three I received and not have a nice set around the table.
