Unbelievable

I just received my"new" laptop. And let me tell you how disappointed I was when I opened the box to find that it was used. First off there's a writing and sticker residual on the charger. There's no box for the laptop and clearly it has been used before. Why pay good money for something that is used. And on top of everything it was more than five days late being delivered. I am beyond disappointed with this company.

Item was marked new but I was sent a used laptop wrapped in bubble wrap. Seller was easy to work with to return it but still haven't received a refund. Hopefully won't have any issues with that.
