This was simple to install. I got it so that I would have a place to install a backup camera on my Jeep Patriot. I have a lift on the back of my jeep to carry my scooter, I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues. This was the perfect solution that I needed to solve my dilemma of where I was going to mount this camera in a spot that gave me an unobstructed view of the rear area behind my vehicle so I can safely back up and see what is behind me.
