Wrong color delivered

I received the wrong color yarn. I requested burgundy Vanna's Choice yarn. However, I received pink instead. I am trying to figure out how pink yarn substitutes burgundy yarn. I am very disappointed. I did return it requesting burgundy yarn again, or a refund in my account. Right now, I have not received anything. This will be the last time I order yarn from Walmart.
