Not satisfied

This was on the clearance rack with no price tag,with other $3 shorts but it came to $7.00 so I'm wondering if that clearance pricing is just for Disney products or if it incorrect? Also there's a paint stain on the back and ironically the stitching for these Stitch shorts is messy.
