Delicious and Satisfying

This was the 3rd meal I tried, on my trip, this one prepared and consumed in Hop Valley at 5900'. I might have added a little more than the 1 cup, and this one I let soak for a full 30 minutes after sealing, vigorous shaking, and all that sealed in bubble wrap mailer, then inserted under fleece shirt. The flavour was wonderful, the textures felt right, and every bite enjoyed. No under soaked portion at all.

Great for the Average Trail Blazer

I was really excited to take this into the smokies on a rainy camping trip. It was a nice hot meal to warm up on. Attractive packaging. The food looked appetizing while cooking, however the flavor was lacking a bit. I did bring extra seasoning which helped boost it to where I was hoping it would be. Filling for sure. Would be great for the average hiking meal, but if you're looking for flavor on the trail, add what you like best.
