The organic sweet potato flour gives the finished product a slightly pleasant sweet taste and a subtle orange hue. And did we mention that it is super easy to make? You mix the wet and dry ingredients with a fork, scoop out a portion onto parchment paper, flatten it into the shape you want, and then bake it for 7 minutes. At the end of 7 minutes, you can either freeze it (them) for future use or flip it over and finish baking. Totally delish.

Directions

The 16-oz bag makes eight individual crusts. Pizza for eight (divide in half for four crusts).

• 3 C Arnel\'s Originals Pizza Crust Mix (16 oz)
• 5 tsp yeast (two packets)
• 1¾ C very warm water (120 degrees) (14 oz)
• 4 TBS oil
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add yeast to the dry mix.

In a separate bowl, mix all 4 wet ingredients.

Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix together.

Divide into 8 equal sticky parts (each part is 4 oz).

Place each part on parchment paper or pizza stone, sprayed with oil. (A 12" diameter pizza stone holds 8 oz of dough).

Place plastic food wrap on top of dough.

Roll out crusts until they are 1/8 inch thick.

Remove plastic food wrap and put in a warm place to rise.

Let it double in thickness (about 15 minutes).

Bake for 7 minutes without toppings on top rack in the oven.

Remove from oven, flip and add toppings (or wrap crusts well and freeze for later use).

Bake another 10 minutes until crust is crispy.

*For Focaccia Bread - After flipping over, add olive oil and herbs.
