I bought this as the original version would sometimes make my cramps worse (especially in the first 2 or 3 days). This works great! I didn't experience the increased cramps the other version gives me. I also think this one is easier to place and remove for me.

This was my third purchase of the DIVA disk. After the disk working so well for me with my first purchase, I have now purchased one for my purse for emergencies and one for back up. It's the most comfortable, healthy, and green option. I'm never buying tampons again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me some time to figure out how to use it, but once I did, it was so much easier! It got so good that I didn't even feel like I was menstruating. In addition, I've never used anything but tampons and pads before. As a 12th grader saying this, it does take some time to find the right spot in you, but once you do, it's fantastic! The only thing I dislike, in my opinion, is that the emptying process was much messier, but I was fine with that for anyone considering using it in public.
