Resist your way to fitness

I did not pay complete attention to the product description when selecting this ProSource multi loop stretching strap. Upon arrival I was surprised to find it is not at all elastic as I assumed it would be. But that just means resistance must be provided by the user. And that's OK. Because it was not elastic I was not sure at first about what all the all the loops did. But it turns out they are spaced so that one is never out of reach for a hand or foot hold. I have been using it for a few days now doing routines that I think will improve the range of motion of my right and left shoulders. Between the two of them I have been unable to completely wash my back for a couple of years! After a few days of use I can report that the range of motion for both right and left arms seems to be improving. Cannot quite yet clutch my fingers together behind my back over my shoulder, but much closer than any time in the past couple of years. Going to start on the knees next. Have not been able to lower into a full squat on the left side for many moons but I think this strap will improve that as well. It is not going to do anything for the arthritis pain or broken cartilage or ligaments. But I expect to see an easier time doing gardening and in the wood shop come Spring. And being able to get my back washed without using the long handled brush will be a big improvement!

An essential tool for runners to get a good stretc

The ProsourceFit Multi-Loop Stretching Strap for Yoga and Physical Therapy is an essential tool for runners and those who need to have a good stretch. I measured it to be about 96 inches long and 1.5 inches wide. It has 10 green loops and two looped “handles" on each end. This is made of a webbing material and is not stretchy. It is comfortable to handle, too. There are 8 types of stretching exercises included with the instructions. I did find more exercises on the internet that I found helpful. I found this device to be very sturdy which helped give a very good stretching workout. I liked doing all the exercises. It is amazing how well I felt after stretching with the ProsourceFit Multi-Loop Stretching Strap. It says it can be used for physical therapy, too. I have used the “stretchy” bands before. But this device worked so much better. You only need this one band and it can be used for all levels of stretch. As you increase flexibility, you can use different loops. Also, you can use different loops to adjust for your height as needed. I truly recommend this multi-loop stretching strap to anyone who needs to incorporate a good stretch into your fitness routine - it's great for warmup and cool down stretching, too.

Stretchng is Good

Lets admit it. We all need to stretch more than we do. Which for me was very little to none. I know of all the benefits so this strap will hopefully motivate me to do it more often. I have lower back issues and this has seems to alleviate those since receiving this item. I really like all the various loops and adjustability. I like that its made of strong stitched nylon. Work your way up or down the strap as your flexibility increases or simply need to adjust during physical therapy for the ideal release every time. Also, for added comfort the padded handles won't dig into your palms, especially when you are releasing tight problem areas. Ideal for incorporating into your regular warm-up or cool down routines or merely stretching independently. Hoping to improve the pain from golfing so I can play for many years to come!
