I bought one of these to set on top of the Layla 2-drawer buffet. I was looking for a economical way to make a china cabinet for keepsakes. When I saw what a great value this was, I bought another to make a double decker. Now I have plenty of display space, fairly free from dust (the sides are open, no glass). I painted the inside of the backboard turquoise and it looks great showing through the antique white cabinet. A beautiful addition to my Southwestern décor. It is easy to put together IF you follow the instructions in order. I love the sliding glass doors because they open without being in the way.

This was so much nicer than I expected. It is a heavy stable piece of furniture which was very simple to put together. I did most of it myself with help from my husband to turn it the right way up after fixing the legs on. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I bought 2 of this kind and one with the solid doors and I have them in a line next to each other with the solid door one in the middle, and they fit perfectly under my large windows. Very happy with my purchase.
