Very unsatisfied and want to return for a refund

I would like to return this item. It came with no instructions on how to use this item or how to get or add fuel to the device. when I received the Email from Walmart I was trying to send a response to request information on how to return it and could not even enter a sentence about returning it. I want to return it for a refund.
