Really like this support belt.

Great back support. Fits well. Solid construction. Feels comforting across the lower back. I have a ruptured disk (L4). Icing helps a lot. Got a support belt from my chiropractor but this one is better. The Thera-Med 12X12 ice pack will fit in it. Just pull the ice pack out of the freezer and insert into the pouch. Can easily walk around, go about your business. I also use it to ice shoulder, neck, and shoulder blade area, just like in the old westerns where they slug gun belts across the shoulder and under the opposite arm. Holds the ice pack snug.
