Petlas Progreen PT525 UHP Summer 205/60R16 92V Passenger Tire

My review is on the sale not the performance of the tires. let me start with that. I drove through a construction zone that blew out 2 of my tires recently. So i had a pretty urgent need of some tires obviously. On my payday when i had the money to spend whatever i needed to I got on walmart.com and found my size tire on a killer deal. It seemed too good to be true so just to be sure i reached out to walmart and asked if this price was for the set of 4 or just 1 tire. The rep asked me to hold then came back and said the listed price was for the set of 4. i said so whats the catch then? I said are you going to jack up the price with shipping charges then? She had me hold again then came back and said actually the listed price is shipping included. So i said ok ill take them this is my lucky day! A couple days later 1 tire arrived. i thought nothing of it because at check out it told me that the tires may not arrive at the same time. So i took the tire and waited for the rest. After multiple days passed with no more tires arriving I looked back on the website and it appeared like my whole ordwr showed delivered. So i reached out and the rep told me it seems like the 3rd party seller made a mistake and listed 4 tires for sale when they meant 1 tire. He said dont worry we have you covered you're Walmart's customer ultimately so we will make this right for you but do you mind reaching out to Priority Tire and then if you dont get a satisfactory answer calls us back. So i called Priority Tire and their solution was to either charge me for another 3 tires or refund the money. At this point neither of those work for me. I have an urgent need for tires and it cant wait till im paid again which is why i confirmed the sale before i purchased anything. So i told the guy id just tske it up with walmart the place i bought them from to begin with. So i called back to walmart and this person sang a whole new tune from the last one she was not trying to make this right. She escalated my issue to the review team. The review team comes on and i explained all of this and told her i dont want a refund i want the 4 tires i was told i was getting the day i bought them. i said so i need you to pull the conversation with your rep and then honor the sale as it was made. she told me she cant pull past conversations with reps. i said then how are you in the account review dept making decisions on my account when making such a decision is based on what i was told at the point of sale yet you cant access that. I said so what exactly would you be reviewing if that is the case? She mumbled something then i said if you cant pull that call then this doesnt work for me i need someone who can. She said there is no one else and i responded that i already know better thsn that and that ill go all the way to the top if i have to but somebody was going to pull that call. So thats where im currently at. i have 1 tire and i need 4 and Walmart is not trying to stand by their word that the assured me theyd stand by on multiple occasions now. isnt that just lovely?!?! I will update my review when i have an update to give. So if you are looking at tires buyer beware is all I can say!
