Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks. Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

If you need a good night's rest or have trouble falling asleep, ZzzQuil really does the job. It helps me drift off quickly and wake up feeling rested. Just keep in mind it's best for occasional use, not long-term, since overuse could have side effects. For those nights when you just can't sleep, this is perfect!

Works great
I use this product when I'm having a hard time falling asleep and it always works well for me. Just make sure you are getting enough sleep afterward as directed. I've found that if I don't sleep at least 6 hours after taking it, I wake up groggy, but otherwise I've felt very rested each time.
