This duffel bag is not soft and cushy. It has a bit of stiffness to the material and is rather thick and resilient. I purchased it to pack a rolled up 3 inch memory foam mattress topper (twin size). I was able to stuff it in the bag and zip it up with no issue. The packaging shows a shoulder strap on the bag, but this does not come with a shoulder strap. Overall, exceeds expectations.

Great Strong Duffel!

Yep, it is exactly what I needed, and exactly as described. The heavy canvas duffel is strong, and plenty large, and very accessible with two full length zippers so I can close the bag at either end or in the middle. There are three strong reinforced handles, one at each end and one in the middle. Repeat, the bag is strong! It will fit, and hold, way more weight than I can carry, but if I did I could safely and confidently pick it up with a crane. Did I mention that it's STRONG?
