Dispenser is well made. A bit smaller than usually found in offices but not much. It has a nice weight to it. I purchased it to use for wrapping Christmas gifts and it worked great. It made the wrapping so much easier. It came with 14 rolls of tape. The tape that came with it was as good as any on the market and better than most. All this and it was only $15.88. That's like only $1.13 per roll of tape and getting the dispenser free. I am well pleased.
