It is a complex deluxe set with everything you need as a doctor costume, Shirt, Pants, Lab Coat, Hat, Mask and Stethoscope. The doctor lab coat is well made but the Scrub Sleeveless shirt is just so so. The set came short with a shirt but after contacting the seller, the seller soon sent the replacement within a week. My kid loves this set.
