Aroma AWK-125S Hot H20 X-Press - Kettle - 1.8 qt

I have owned this kettle for over 6 yrs now and have thought about buying a "back up" one just for the day that it decides that it's been overworked ;) I am a tea drinker - from the time I get up until the time I go to bed, so to say this kettle gets plenty of use is an understatement. I will drink anywhere from 8-12 cups a day and this kettle brings the water to the perfect temperature for tea. Not boiling. The only time this kettle does not get used is if I am gone from home. I fill it to just above the "4 cup" mark and get two 10-12 ounce cups of water from it. So the measurement is not an accurate amount but it is easy enough to figure out what is needed for your cup. The nicest thing about this kettle is that if you turn it on and walk away it will NOT run dry like a stovetop kettle will. It shuts off once the optimal temperature is reached . Added bonus - no annoying whistle!
