How to Request a Replacement or Refund: If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us through your Walmart account within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- A clear photo of the damaged plant/s.
- A photo of the original shipping box.

Our team will review the photos and work with you immediately to send a healthy replacement or issue a partial or full refund. Please do not dispose of the plant/s or packaging until your claim is resolved.
