Main purpose of getting this was to replace my Apple Watch for sleep data. It's gotten to where my wrist is actually sore from wearing it all the time. I need/want to track detailed sleep data and this did not disappoint. I wore it along with my watch to ensure that they were comparable and they were for the most part. The LuckRing app leaves much to be desired but it shows the sleep info I want so I'm ok with it. I wear my watch during the day so steps and exercise are captured there. I have slept better though with the ring than with the watch so it's a winner in my book. Came with a charging cord that can be connected directly to the ring and a charging case that it can sit in to charge. FYI the charging case dud not come with a cord and it has a usb-c connection port.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like this smart ring! The sizing was accurate—I followed the instructions by measuring my finger with a string and using the sizing chart, and it fit perfectly. The app was very easy to download and set up. Pairing the ring only took about two minutes, and I had no issues connecting it. I've worn it all day at work and overnight, and it tracked my steps accurately. It also monitors sleep, blood oxygen, heart rate, and several other health metrics, which is a great bonus. I really like that it looks like a simple wedding band, so it's stylish enough to wear every day. The smooth edges make it very comfortable, and I had no problems wearing it while washing my hands. The battery life is around five days, which I think is impressive considering you can wear it 24/7. When it does need charging, it only takes about an hour to an hour and a half to fully recharge. One of the biggest advantages is that there's no subscription required. It offers many of the same features as much more expensive smart rings without the extra monthly fees. Overall, this is a great value for the price. It's comfortable, easy to use, looks great, and performs just as well as many higher-priced competitors. I would definitely recommend it!
