How to Brew the Perfect Cold Brew
Cold brew is endlessly customizable, but here's our go-to ratio: 2 oz of coarse-ground coffee per 1 quart 4 cups of cold water, steeped for 24 hours. The result is a rich, smooth concentrate just dilute with water, ice, or your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk to taste.
Refrigerate your cold brew concentrate for up to one week though it rarely lasts that long.
