extremely hard to open up

This trampoline rebounder is unbelievably hard to open with one person. Once you get it you will not want to take it down after each use even though it says foldable. As I was researching to see if I could loosen the bungees, I learned there is some type of tool, which is not included. once I got it all the way open and put in the side locks, the rest of the legs and bars were pretty straightforward. The setup is very nice and comes with a warranty. the bungees are very tight making the trampoline platform very firm and responsive. You get quite a workout right away. I'm hoping it helps my feet and knees.
