This 16-inch quartz coated electric griddle is amazing! 2500W high-power dual heating tubes assure even heating around the diameter of this round griddle that will cook enough food for a small army of hungry kids! Versatile uses! Breakfast is a breeze to cook for the family using this griddle...pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, all at the same time! What could be better?! Steak, hamburgers, chicken is what's for dinner! Includes a temperature guage with adjustable temperatures, a heavy-duty glass lid with a high-quality plastic safety knob for safe removal from the griddle, and a bunch of cooking utensils, even a sponge for cleanup! Premium nonstick coating surface is convenient for low oil cooking and for easy cleanup. Available in my favorite color, red and black. super nice Skillet much larger than I thought would be and it comes with a bunch of extras like tongs and spatulas and stuff that are rubber coated to make it easy to slide things out of the skillet heats up very quickly and Cooks large quantities used it for quesadillas and they were perfect

Gets hot fast.

Temperature is pretty consistent through the center of the dish. It drops to about half in about 2" around outside edge. Temps easily reach 350° . Concave shape keep ouls in the middle. Pancake batter needs to be a little thicker to keep round shape.
