Air struts are a suspension component similar to the conventional oil-filled shocks, except they use air pressure to suspend the vehicle and absorb road impacts. A compromised air strut may cause the vehicle to lean forward or backward during braking and acceleration. In severe cases, this lean may cause the vehicle bumpers to come into contact with the ground and cost you more in repairs.

No reimbursements will be given for the delay, labor, mileage, or other costs involved in the installation of the parts in question. Warranty does not cover parts installed for an incorrect application. All warranty claims require an image of the warrantied part not attached to the vehicle, and an image showing the part stamp, if visible. You may be required to return the part for inspection.
