Theraworx Relief
It is easy to apply as it is foam and dries fairly quickly. According to the their website it takes about 2 weeks to get into the system. I try to apply to the lower legs and feet at bedtime. I forgot last night and woke up with a cramp in my foot, so I applied Theraworx and it relieved it within 5 minutes. I have only been using it for less then a week. But I highly recommend it, so far.
