These shirts are great for the first wear however they shrink. I know everything shrinks in the dyers but these shrank 3 inches. The whole reason we purchased them was for those extra 3 inches but they no longer can be worn as they show my husbands stomach with any movement. For reference he is 6'4” and around 230lbs. I just think they are a huge waste of money if you don't have an area where you can air dry them.
