Got these for fun and they are super nice periwinkle with a touch of sparkle. Nice pair of light. Informal shoes and perfect size because I need an 8 that has wide toes but not wide all over. I would buy these in red and hot pink and navy if they had them but this was the last pair in this color and size. Laces are fake which is great.

My Favorite Shoes for Walking

I first bought these shoes in Guadalajara, Mexico. I was teaching at a language school and walking miles and miles a day. They were the MOST comfortable shoes I've ever worn for walking. After returning to the States a few months and 25 lbs lighter, I bemoaned that they were wearing out. Lo and behold, I found them online. Now I have two pairs - one for grunge (street grime is universal) and one for style (so white and clean! for the moment). For anyone who will be walking for exercise or for life, I highly recommend these comfy, lovely shoes.
