I'm traveling to Italy and was looking for a single pair of shoes I could walk in and wear out in the evening. Italy is a walking destination, the centers of most cities are restricted for cars. And Italians are by far the dressiest people in Europe. So wearing running shoes for dinner gets you a table in the kitchen. These Mark Nason shoes are stunning for a cloth shoe, with a tight weave on the body and an even tighter weave on the toe cap, they look like dress shoes. But they're Skechers so they have memory foam and are super walkable. Wouldn't wear them on a hike in the woods, but perfect for walking around Rome, or Paris, or New York City. They can easily be worn with a summer suit. Highly recommend for any traveler who needs a lightweight single solution for warm weather.
