Good Phone Protection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 3760 Phone Pouch is an excellent tool for protecting your phone and small documents from dirt, debris and moisture. If you have to continually access your phone for pictures, data tabulation and communication this is the right item. With the phone inside the pouch you can still use your screen functions.

I got both as I didn't know which my phone MotoX4, 3-1/8"x6-1/ 8"with it's thick case on, would fit. It happens to fit in the "Standard" size but is a too tight to getting in and out, so the "Plus" size is what works best. Overall, I like the product but feel that there isn't easy enough easy access to the edge of the phone to push a power button to wake it up. Here's more thoughts: *The black frame around the edge makes for less sure grip of the phone. Perhaps the frame could be on the inside, maybe turn the whole thing inside out? Plus, why do all 3 sides need the seam, and not just 1 on top and one on bottom? *Placing logo and info on the clear part, forces user to use the product one way, with the zipper to the left which isn't very convenient for right hand folk. Perhaps put the info on the big black frame at the bottom. Having zipper on the right would improve access to a power button. *The height of the "Plus" size still seems too tall and makes the whole system a little floppy *Would have been nice to have a power cable cutout for charging your phone *Perhaps an option for fingerprint cutouts? *The grommet attachment is great *Need things to be easy and not super water proof [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Thanks for the review Kirk! We’re sorry the design didn’t work perfectly with your phone but it sounds like it worked fairly well besides the few items you pointed out. The design was built to hold up in a dynamic drop test so the black frame is reinforced to hold in that test. The nature of the design is to be nearly waterproof so the seams are design that way and open holes for finger prints unfortunately will not work. It doesn’t recognize facial recognition though! The sides were designed to fold so you can access the side buttons but it sounds like your phone might be on the largest end of the sizing, hopefully it can still fold for access. Keep the good feedback coming, we take it to heart!

I didn't pay much attention to the pouch size when I picked this out; pay attention to sizing. The plus size is about 2 inches longer than my phone case. Width is just fine. My phone has buttons on the side, and the seam and zipper of the pouch make use of them somewhat difficult, though not impossible. Use of the touchscreen is in no way impeded by the clear pouch material. Using the tethering pouch allows use of the phone in work areas where dropping the phone is less than desirable, such as atop overhead cranes, catwalks, etc. The last thing I need is injuring someone working below, or destroying a phone I don't care to replace. So, much like wearing a fall protection harness isn't as comfortable as my pajamas, using tool tethering isn't as natural as holding it in your hand, but both serve an important purpose that far outweighs any inconvenience. I think this design could be improved by placing the zipper at the narrow end of the pouch, as opposed to along the side, which would allow easier use of the phone's buttons. Other than that, it's well made of good materials, and will serve its purpose well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
