Relief without being tied to a plug.

This is effective for back ache; the heat has 3 settings, and the warmest setting provides a lot of heat. The massage feature has 3 settings. It fits at the waist, and adjustable for how tightly I want it to be. I can wear this and keep moving around with it on. One issue is that it fits in one place, the smallest part of the waist, and not easy to adjust the heat placement higher or lower along the back. The massage feature can provide relief a bit above or below the waist band.

This is great but..%26 yes my spine is fused

Love that it's wearable, that it heats, that it runs on rechargeable battery pks %26 that they thought of more than 22" waists. I had back surgery that's probably ready for revision %26 this is buying me time-getting me through 12h nursing shifts. I don't like that the band is 2pcs if you're bigger than 22", that the battery pk is meh on life or that the bulk means it moves a lot without compression pants holding in place. Truthfully what I'd really like to see is something the thickness %26 consistency/material of the new age plushy heating pads-make it the same heating area of this or possibly even a hair taller, operates on rechargeable battery packs like this, now here's the kicker though-still truly wearable %26 legit one piece construction one size fits all/most with the sides thru front a continuation of the same material %26 same width so it's not cutting in/rolling/shifting with a long strip or two Velcro to adjust however one needs from that 26"-60" range..oh and a lil button or something on the pocket for the battery pack/controls so the pk isn't sliding out at every turn. Do that %26 you'll REALLY have it together.
