The Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 features a Summer-only Ultra High Performance tread compound that is designed to provide excellent traction through further enhanced road adhesion. This special compound is molded into an asymmetric tread design that contains a solid center rib for solid on center feel and responsive hanlding. The outer shoulder groove of the tire achieves maximum dry traction through turns while the inner section with four-wide circumferential grooves improve wet-traction and hydroplanning resistance.
