NUU Mobile F4L LTE GSM / Verizon Unlocked Flip Phone, Black

I bought this phone when I switched my service to Twigby. I didn't do much research, thinking, "Well, dumb phones are a mature product. All the bugs must have been worked out by now. How bad could it be?" Now I wish I read the other user reviews on line. It really is as bad as other user reviews say it is. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the interface. It's as though the programmers just randomly assigned the commands to the keys and menus. I'm guessing that the department responsible for this phone decided clamshell phones are a niche market these days and it wasn't woth the effort to do a good job. Do not get this phone even if you get it at a steep discount. It is more trouble than it is worth.

Worst phone ever! We signed my mother up with service through Twigby and this was the only flip phone option. This phone is a nightmare and the battery has to be removed to reset it every time she turns it on or she won't get the menu screen.
