The 450S is meet and exceeding my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased a 450S Rancher chainsaw and it is fantastic. For its weight it cuts extremely fast. I have had a 440 for about 10 years and have put a lot of hours on it and it still runs well and cuts well. I have had to do routine maintenance and finally had to replace fuel lines and the bar. I like the Huskvarna brand so much I decided I wanted another one for bigger logs and as a back up. The 450S cuts much faster on big stuff, to me at least 50% faster than the 440. Based on my experience I will continue to stick with Huskvarna for chainsaws.

Jack of all trades

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a middle ground for bucking and limbing downed trees, and some medium felling. Turns out this beast is a jack of all trades. 20” bar with a tree the same size? No issues at all. This saw eats. The power to weigh ratio is pristine and really has that classic huskavarna sound to it at full rev. If you're looking to clear some small to medium trees on the regular this is definitely your saw for some semi-pro work.

Great saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given an old 1994 rancher 455 years ago and it was great! after a few times to the shop I decided it was time to purchase a new saw. Got the 450s rancher 20" bar and it does not disappoint!! using it at he cottage to fell / buck up trees for fire wood. Will be looking into a ripping chain with an Alaska mill attachment to mill some boards. Really looking forward to using this saw for many years to come!!
