An Effective Multi-Vitamin
I rarely eat meat, so a multivitamin with iron is an essential supplement for my health as a man. This checks all the boxes and it's easy to pull open the capsule and add the powder to a drink, shake, or smoothie, too.

i have been very satisfied with this multi-vitamin and have purchased it several times. i haven't found another multi that contains all the same vitamins at anywhere near this price. i originally purchased it because it was only 1 pill per day, however i have learned that it's better to spread it over the day, so now i wish it came in 2/day option.
