Does not massage only vibrates!

Pros: It's a monster chair! spacious and comfortable. Does not take long to put together, but you must have common sense, the guide isn't the best. Cons: does not massage only vibrates on mid section, lower back and back of leg. The pillow does not come with an elastic therefore does not stay on the neck it's always falling. By heat they mean warm, and only on the on the lower back.
