Great value, but received a substitution

The $1 price I paid this item was amazing, but when my items were delivered, I received bright red paper plates instead. It worked out great for me, because I like both colors, and this was cheaper. However, Walmart should be ashamed for messing up so many shipping orders recently with missing or incorrect products. I usually shop elsewhere now.
