A useful puppy potty that isn't an eyesore

I honestly didn't know if this was going to work for my 4 month old Shih Tzu mix. She would only go on puppy pads until we got this Potty Patch. This pad is kept on our 27th floor balcony and our pup consistently uses it. It is a little awkward to clean. Our pup now goes on real grass when we take her for walks too! She does not chew on the pad. If you have problems getting your puppy to go on the pad for the first time, put a used puppy pad underneath the grass layer like we did, and it should do the trick!

Potty Mat

I have used this for my Yorkie since he was 5 months old. I bought two because I wash the grass mat and exchange them. I put a single layer of paper towel between the grass mat and the bottom to help soak up urine. My Yorkie is now 16 months old and the two mats are still in top shape. I keep one on the deck so he can go outside. He can't go down the deck stairs he is only 4 lbs. This is a great product. You might have to go thru a period when the pup wants to play with it but this passes with training.

As promised!

No issues with the product! It seems sturdy and decent. Only thing is, it may be difficult to drain once fuller because it's a flat pan, so best not to let it get too full, or line the pan with urine pads! It's been tough to get the foster dog to learn this new skill - urinating on something specific. He lifts his leg and the urine goes beside the potty. I leaned a stick up on the potty for him to aim for, and that seems to help. I think if he was a female it would be easier to plan, and aim the urine, I guess that depends on the dog though...
