The Ziyad Promise: Our promise of quality, great taste and convenience. This is a product you and your family will enjoy. We guarantee it. Product of Morocco. Basic Preparation: 1 c Ziyad brand couscous; 1-1/2 c water or broth; 2 T Sultan brand olive oil; salt to taste. Combine broth and olive oil in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add couscous. Remove the pan from the heat and cover. Let stand about 6 minutes, or until all of the liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.
