post surgery on my ankle and heel, these rolls are easy to use. peel it up with your finger to take off or adjust, wrap, it has a decent amount of stretch and flex thats great for elbows wrists knees and ankles which helps! the wrap has a great holding power, its sift ans comfortable and dont stick to the skin or inflame the skin! the other sellers wanted $3 to $8 for one single roll rhe same wudth and length and these work out to be $1 a roll. shipping was amazingly fast! 48hours and it was at my door
