Great cornbread: 1 cup cornmeal mix, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 /2 teaspoon salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/3 cup oil, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup evaporated milk. Spray small loaf pan was cooking sprayand add 1-2 tablespoons oil. Pour in mixture. Bake at375• 30-to 35 minutes. Creamy, sweet, moist.

I use this mix in a 9" square pan in my toaster oven. I use egg substitute powder, almond milk, Olive oil and add protein powder and it comes out consistently good this way. I buy this two or four 5%23 bags at a time and store it in quart canning jars in my bomb shelter along with the other survival foods. Good value for the money!
