This vegetarian/vegan meal is really easy to heat or you can eat it as it is. Convenience, convenience, convenience. Nuke or stovetop It has 13g protein and no trans fat. Gluten free brown rice is the first ingredient. ‘Best by' date is far off making it an excellent meal to keep on hand.
