A can of this %26 2lbs of lean pork roast in the pressure cooker and I have tender %26 delicious green chili for burritos, taco salads or a yummy baked potato topper with some sour cream. Love the flavor but without the heat my hubby can't eat. (I just add jalapenos to my stuff.) Also an easy base for chicken tortilla soup or white chili with beans. Someday I may make actual enchiladas!
